30-Day Price Match Policy
If an item from your order goes on sale on the Emmahaus website within 30 days of your purchase date, you may request a price match for the difference.
Please note that this policy does not apply to Clearance items, Flash Deals, price reductions outside the 30-day guarantee period, or bundle promotions such as “Buy Together” offers.
Guidelines and Limitations
The item must be identical to the item originally purchased, including the same size, color, quantity, specifications, and model or SKU.
The item must have been purchased directly from the Emmahaus website before a Price Match request can be submitted.
The item must still be in stock on the Emmahaus website at the time the Price Match request is made.
Price Match requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Emmahaus is committed to providing lighting products that combine quality, functionality, and thoughtful design for everyday living.
For eligible lighting products, Emmahaus provides a 2-year limited warranty covering product materials, fixture structure, workmanship, finishes, and applicable electrical components.
Before submitting a warranty claim, please read our full Warranty Policy carefully, including the products covered, warranty scope, exclusions, and applicable limitations.
This limited warranty applies to defects in materials, workmanship, and related functionality that arise under normal household use.
For purposes of this policy, “normal” use means reasonable use of the product for its intended purpose in a normal residential environment and in accordance with the product's installation, operation, maintenance, and care instructions.
Safety and quality are important parts of our lighting products.
Depending on the product model and destination market, our lighting products may carry UL, ETL and/or CE certification or compliance markings.
Please refer to the individual product specifications or contact us to confirm the applicable certification for a specific product.
The Console Table combines the organic warmth of oak with the raw character of naturally oxidized steel, creating a functional statement piece for living spaces and entryways. Handcrafted by skilled artisans in Mexico, each table highlights natural wood variation and weathered steel textures that make every piece one of a kind.
Steel panels are intentionally left exposed to the elements, allowing them to naturally oxidize and develop authentic patina, including subtle dimples and speckling unique to each table. A protective polyurethane finish is applied to enhance longevity while preserving the natural texture and depth of the materials.

- Handcrafted by artisans in Mexico from oak veneers and naturally oxidized steel.
- Pieces finished in Tostada are handcrafted from reclaimed Mexican oak veneers that are stained to achieve a warm, toasted finish.
- Pieces finished in Tulum are handcrafted from American oak veneers that are sanded, treated, and then stained in multiple layers to achieve a light, coastal-inspired finish.
- Steel panels are left out in the elements to weather, developing authentically distressed patinas, as well as one-of-a-kind characteristics like dimples and speckles.
- Each table is coated with a polyurethane finish for added protection.
- This collection is artisan-crafted from natural materials with hand-applied finishes. Individual pieces may vary in color, pattern, shape, and texture, making each truly unique.
Return Policy
Emmahaus’s return policy lasts for 30 days from the date you receive your item. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please email support@emmahaus.com. We will reply with the return mailing address, and you will need to cover the shipping costs upfront (refunds for shipping costs may apply as needed).
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for:
- Installed or used items
- Returns requested after 30 days
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders Not Yet Shipped:
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund.
- Orders canceled or modified after 24 hours but before shipment: 5% handling fee of the order total will apply.
Orders Already Shipped but Not Yet Delivered: Cancellations will be processed as a return, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Special orders may require 5-9 business days.

Free Shipping is available for all orders on Emmahaus.
- Air Freight: 12–15 days (small lights, samples, replacements) – Free
- International Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS): 7–10 days – Paid
- Sea Freight: 30-45 days (for large items) – Free
