OUR PROMISE
- RRheaVerified BuyerRated 3 out of 5 stars10 months agoPackaging Was a Bit Much
To protect the light, they used a ton of foam and tapeโit made a huge mess while unboxing. Iโm glad it arrived safely, but cleanup was a chore. I hope they consider eco-friendlier packaging.

The crystal arrived broken, likely due to rough handling during shipping. After contacting customer service, they promptly arranged a replacement, and the new crystal accessory arrived quickly. The lamp itself looks amazing.
