OUR PROMISE
- BBrinaVerified BuyerRated 3 out of 5 stars10 months agoOne Bulb Dead on Arrival, but Timely Fix
The fixture quality is top-notch. It came with bulbs, but one didn't work, likely due to a bumpy transit. Support sent a new one the next day. Even with the wait, seeing the final vibe makes it worth it. I'm satisfied.
- CCommanderVerified BuyerRated 4 out of 5 stars10 months agoSmall Part Missing but Quickly Resolved
Upon arrival, I noticed a small mounting screw was missing. I was a bit bummed, but after contacting customer service, they sent a replacement immediately without any hassle. The shipping was fast and it didn't delay me much. The lamp looks amazing—kudos to their responsible attitude.
- FFairVerified BuyerRated 4 out of 5 stars11 months agoInstallation Took Some Effort
The lamp itself is gorgeous! But during installation, the globe structure and glass were quite heavy. I couldn't do it alone and had to ask a neighbor for help. I wish the instructions were a bit more detailed.
- JJadeVerified BuyerRated 5 out of 5 stars11 months agoA Flawless Shopping Experience
From quality to support, everything was flawless. I rarely write long reviews, but this lamp is worth every bit of praise. Just get it!
- FFreshVerified BuyerRated 5 out of 5 stars11 months agoA Gift for My New Home
The first major fixture for my new place, and it didn't disappoint. The "wow" factor during unboxing made all the renovation stress disappear.
